How to save embedded attachment in the Android Reader?

I can only view but no save or download option. I'm using Samsung Note 9 on Android Oreo. Can enlighten?

Currently, there is no option to save/ download the embedded attachments in PDF locally on the device.

You can only view the attachments embedded in the document.
