Hello, Same application downloaded one & more mobile ok.How can I do sign out other mobile?

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, I understand that you want to sign out from other devices.

Let's look into two different scenarios.

1. You can access the device you want to sign out of.

You can click on the top right profile icon-> Click on the icon that says "Sign out."
If that doesn't work, you can go to settings-> Apps-> Acrobat Reader-> Manage Storage-> Clear Data.

2. You do not have access to the device you must sign out of.
