How to stop Acrobat from compressing after 3 days

Hi all, I have an issue on my Acrobat mobile app. 3 days ago I initiated a compression process to a PDF file I have on my iPhone. It took forever and couldn't complete the compression process even after an hour. Meanwhile, I closed the App then and re-opened my App today. The process is still ongoing and I can't seem to do anything to stop or delete the file.

is there anything I can do now? I just wanna stop the process and delete the file from my iPhone. Thanks much in advance!! 🙂

Hi @Debbie31887925utke,

Would you mind updating the iOS version to the latest available on your device?

Let me know if that helps.

Hi @Debbie31887925utke,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The iOS version of your device.

3. A screen recording of what you see for better understanding.

Also, you might want to try switching off the internet connection and check if the issue is fixed.

From the date you reported, it looks like an issue was triggered due to the cloud services maintenance in the process.

Look forward to hearing from you.
