How to update acrobat if pdf not printing

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

A couple of questions so we can point you in the right direction:

What device and Acrobat app are you using to try to print (Windows/Mac desktop, iPhone/Android, or a browser)?

When you say the PDF isn't printing, does it fail to open, does the print dialog not appear, or does it print blank/incomplete pages? A small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

For updating Acrobat Reader on mobile:

• On iPhone/iPad: open the App Store, go to your profile, and check for an Acrobat Reader update, then tap Update if available.

• On Android: open the Google Play Store, go to Manage apps & device, and update Acrobat Reader from there if a newer version is listed.

If the printing issue is on a desktop computer instead, updating there is usually done through Menu > Help > Check for Updates in the Acrobat app itself, so let us know if you're able to open Acrobat on that computer at all.
