How do I download my Adobe DCPro to my ipad?

You can't. Acrobat DC Pro only installs and runs on Windows and MacOS, not on mobile devices. For mobile devices, you are currently limited to the free Adobe Mobile Reader as enhanced with some services when you login to your Adobe account.
