I hope you're doing great, and sorry for the trouble.

What kind of hyperlinks do you have in your PDF documents?

• Go to a page view (within the same document)
• Open a web page
• Open a file

Acrobat Reader mobile apps (for iOS and Android) only support the first two types, whereas the Acrobat Reader desktop app supports all three types.

Also, could you please help us with a few details to understand the issue better?

1. Application version

2. Device name and version

3. Would you please share one of your PDF documents with us so we can look at the cause of the problem?

Hyperlink to what, exactly? And how is it set up? A link to a web-page should work (unless it uses a script), but nothing else is likely to.
