I accidentally deleted.??... the application on my device but when ı resorted it al my old files were gone.They were wery important for my education and ı need them now.Can ı get them back?

Can ı access my old files?

I accidentally deleted.??... the application on my device but when ı resorted it al my old files were gone.They were wery important for my education and ı need them now.Can ı get them back?Please help me

    Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

     

    Have you created a backup of the files on the Adobe Document Cloud or any other Cloud storage? If yes, please login to the cloud storage and try to retrieve the documents from there. If it is Adobe Document Cloud, login here https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ go to Documents tab and check under ’Your Documents’ and see if that helps.

     

    If you haven’t backed-up the files, there isn’t much we can do.
