    Hello @beautiful_passionef5f

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble with your account not showing as Pro.

Since this involves your specific account and plan, we'll need a bit more detail to help:

    • When you say the sign-in doesn't show your Pro status, do you mean the app still asks you to sign in and doesn't recognize your account at all, or you're signed in but the app treats you as a free user instead of Pro?

    • Are you signing in with the same email address you used to purchase the Pro plan?

    • Which device and app are you using (Acrobat Reader on iOS, Android, or desktop)?

While you check those, here's what usually fixes it:

    1. Go to https://adobe.ly/4xtIV47 > Plans, and confirm your Pro plan shows as active there.

    2. Sign out of the app completely, then sign back in with that same email.

    3. Try restoring the purchase, tap on the Profile Icon > Subscriptions > Restore Purchase and reboot the device and check

    4. On Android, clear the app's cache under Settings > Apps > Acrobat > Storage > Clear cache, then reopen it.

    5. On iOS, offload the app under Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Acrobat, then reinstall it from the App Store.

If you're still stuck after this, or need to speak with a live agent directly, you can reach our support team here: Adobe Support.

Let us know how it goes.

    Regards,
    Amal
