I am paying full price for adobe but I am a student. How can I get a refund and get the discounted plan?

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. 

     

    Please check the steps shared in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-plan.html to know more about how to change your Adobe Plan. 
     

    After you change your plan:

    •     Your current plan will be cancelled, and you may receive a refund, if applicable.
    •     The new plan will take effect immediately, and you'll be charged for the plan.
    •     Your monthly or annual billing date will change to the date you switched plans.

    When I try to do that I get the following error:
    We couldn't process your request. Please try again or contact support if the issue continues.

    When I contact support:
     

    Advisors aren't available right now. Please come back another time to chat with an advisor.

    What can I do?

    In addition, Acrobat Reader for desktop (where you posted) is free.
