I am paying full price for adobe but I am a student. How can I get a refund and get the discounted plan?

Please check the steps shared in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-plan.html to know more about how to change your Adobe Plan. 
 

After you change your plan:

•     Your current plan will be cancelled, and you may receive a refund, if applicable.
•     The new plan will take effect immediately, and you'll be charged for the plan.
•     Your monthly or annual billing date will change to the date you switched plans.
