I am paying over £20 a month for subscription but it’s not recognizing in the app or online that I have a subscription

The app is telling me I am a free user and to start a free 7 day trial when I try and edit a document. I paid £175 for an annual last year and now am paying £20/month for a subscription. How do I get the app and online account to recognize this?

​Hi @--removed-- Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to find any active plan/subscription. Please logout of the application, reboot the device once and relogin with the same Email/Adobe ID that you used to purchase the application on App/Play Store and see if that helps.  ~Amal
