Hello, I use your application on my iphone phone with pleasure, but even though I have subscribed since yesterday, it is asking for money, I deleted the application, I installed it again, I could not proceed what I did, I am asking for emergency assistance.

You might have used a different email account while paying for an Adobe subscription. If your primary email address isn't working, try a different email account.

Access your Adobe ID account online, and sign in with your Adobe ID (your email address) and password.

If you have a Creative Cloud account, you can also access your account via the Creative Cloud desktop app.
