I am trying to combine two files and it says it can’t due to security settings on document?

Have the premium package. Working on i pad pro. Trying to combine two files together but comes back and says error, can't complete due to security settings of document? I don't know what to do?

    You need to remove the security first. You will need Acrobat Pro and the password to remove the security settings.
