I am unable to open Adobe Acrobat Reader App in my ipad

I can not open Adobe Acrobat Reader app since yesterday.
My iPad is iPad Pro IOS version 17.7.8. I tried to turn off and restart my iPad, offload the app and reinstall the app. It doesn't work. It is rather frustrating as a lot of important documents stored in the app became unaccesible. And I dare not to delete the app as all the data would be gone. Please help.

The same happened to me. I also erased the app and reinstall but it didn't work. I have several important documents in the app

Now the issue has been resolved.
You can kill the app in the background and open. Hope it works for you!
