I bought Acropat Premium but I still can't use it

I bought Acropat Premium last week and paid 779 SEK for it, but I still can't use it. I am a writer and have a book cover that needs to be converted to PDF/X-4. However, I can't upload it to the app.

I hope you're doing well, and thank you for reaching out to us!

Could you please let us know what happens when you try to use the Acrobat Premium app on your mobile device? If you're receiving any error messages, kindly share a screenshot for better clarity.

A short video of the steps you're taking and how the issue occurs would also be very helpful in diagnosing the problem.

 

Also try updating the application from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) and reboot the device once and see if that works for you.
