I can not access Acrobat paid features

Acrobat is in unpaid mode on mobile despite subscription. I have scandic letters in my name, I use language other than English and a TechSoup subscription. I have logged out several times and restarted the application. I can see that I am logged in with the correct account. I have other, unpaid accounts as well.
