I can’t access premium

Dear team,

can you please help, subscribtion already active & money deducted through Apple ID however I can't access premium features & asked me to subscribe & when click subscribe it shiws me that I'm already subscribed !!

I've been going back and forth with Apple and Adobe for over a month for this same issue. Apple shows my subscription active until 04/22, but Adobe has no record of  my account - despite the fact that I've been using the app since April of this year.  It just stopped working one day, showing my status as a "free user".   Any help is appreciated!

1. Tap on profile icon.

2. Tap on subscription.

3. Tap on restore purchase.
