I can’t connect my apple account to restore my purchase

When I try to sign in by apple id it's not working, and when I sign in by adobe account and try to connect apple account with adobe account it's still not working

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

It looks more like an issue with the network. Have you tried getting a mobile hotspot or connecting to Wi-Fi once and then logging in to your Adobe account using Apple ID?
