I have trying to download the imm5257e form but I can't load with you software and it's mendatory for immigration yet it's failing bismally

The message is telling you that you cannot use Reader for Mobile to view the PDF. You need the desktop version. This is something we see with forms that were created in LiveCycle, which unfortunately included many government forms. You will need to use Acrobat Reader for desktop to fill out the form.

It will not work to update the mobile version of Reader, Keith.

@Motlotleng34376227rxmp is using Acrobat Reader Mobile which will not open forms made in LiveCycle Designer. They need a desktop version. See the error message:

I have used desktop, I get the same result
