I use to edit text from my smartphone but when I open the same file in my laptop, it doesn't work. O have the adobe premium account.

Correct answer Amal.

Hi there,

I hope you are doing well. Thanks for reaching out and sharing your concern.

I understand how frustrating it must feel to see the option of purchasing a new subscription instead of being able to upgrade your existing one.

Currently, Acrobat Premium (mobile-only) and Acrobat Pro (which covers desktop, web, and mobile) are separate subscription plans. Unfortunately, there isn’t a direct way to “upgrade” from Premium to Pro—you’d need to cancel the Premium subscription on your phone and then subscribe to Acrobat Pro instead. This way, you won’t be charged for two overlapping plans.

To know more about the cancellation process, please check the help page https://adobe.ly/46jpiS3

Hope this information will help

Hi @Raphael304479977eap,

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you want to use the Premium subscription on your PC.

To inform you, the Premium subscription is valid to be used only for mobile subscriptions and cannot be used on PCs. To use the subscription on your PC, you will need to upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC.

Hope this clarifies your question.

Hello. I tried to upgrade my premium subscription to pro, but I can't do it. The only way is to buy a pro subscription and I don't find it reasonable, since I already have it in my phone. It means that I need to pay twice inorder to use it on my phone. Is there any solution to upgrade?
