I can’t log in from my mobile to OneDrive educational

It’s just that when I log in with my OneDrive Educational account from my cell phone it says "I don’t know if I’ve been able to link Onedrive. Contact the IT administrator to get their knowledge". But when I log in from my PC, it doesn’t come out and I’m already in my account, while on my cell phone I haven’t been able to log in to an educational OneDrive

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing.

 

What is the version of the Acrobat Reader Mobile application you are using. To check the  version tap on the profile icon on the top and go to About Adobe Acrobat . Also make sure the app is updated to the latest version, try updating the app from the Play store (Android) or App store (iOS) and reboot the device once and check.

It was exactly the first thing I did, since I have installed the application from "galaxy store" I thought that was why the error, then I deleted it and installed it from "play store" but it continues to fail


the version I have is: 21.6.0.18197

We are sorry to hear that. Please try to un-link the one drive account from Acrobat Reader mobile app and reboot the device once and link the one drive account again and check.
