Hi @Ogenkide,

 

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with opening PDFs on Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

If you are sharing the file yourself, I would suggest rather logging in to the application using your credentials to open the file directly without the hassle of sharing.

 

If that is not an option, share a copy of the file to the device you need to. From the above screenshot, it looks like you shared an encrypted file, due to which you see the error message.

 

Have you tried clicking the open button on the top right to switch to the Acrobat Reader Mobile for iPad app and check if the file opens there?
