I can’t use my subscription for Adobe acrobat

Hello,
I'm subscribed for a year and every time I try to use my subscription it says that I'm subscribed but I can't use the features because it asks me to subscribe again. I tried everything, turning off my phone, updating the app, deleting the app, signing in and out. I'm really frustrated as I use the app for work. I restoring my purchases and I get an error message every time.
