I can't view documents.

When I try to open a document it says o already have an acrobat premium subscription. How do I fix this?

@Amaze_6932 I would sign out of your account. For good measure, clear the history, cache and browser on your device web browser but as well in the app's cache too as it could remember the old information. 

Restart your phone device. And when it's back on, go and check your account and verify which Adobe app that you have.  Log into account.adobe.com with your Adobe ID. Navigate to the Overview section and check to see what is incuded in your plan
