my subscription was renew on 26 april 2021 and when i try to edit PDF files its not working. what i can do?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described your subscription renewed and you are still not able to edit the PDF

 

I have checked the Adobe account with the email you are using on this community and not able to trace any premium subscription. Please logout of the application and make sure you are using the correct email/Adobe ID to login  and see if that helps.
