I canceled my Acrobat premium renewal, but my subscription is still active. Now I can’t edit PDFs despite having access. Can someone help resolve this issue?

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

     

    I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to track any active/paid plan. If you have used a different Email/Adobe ID for the subscription, please logout of the application and re-login with the correct Adobe credentials and see if that works.
