I cancelled a subscription and its a hundred bucks i dont even use the app. i wanted a refund i think its a mistake

i just used the app once i was editing a docs and i think i tried the free trial and when i woke up i just saw it charged me for 108 bucks in my credit card. i cancelled the subscription and it says it will exprie next year

    Hope you are doing well and thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about this experience. I understand how frustrating it must feel to see a charge, especially when you only intended to try the app once.

    When you start a free trial, it automatically converts into a paid subscription if it’s not cancelled before the trial period ends. That’s why you may have been charged. Even though you’ve now cancelled the subscription, it will remain active until the end of the billing cycle (which is why it shows it will expire next year).
