I cancelled my Adobe acrobat subscription last July 1, 2026 and was approved for refund. And it’s been 16 days but I I still didn’t receive my refund on the Gcash account that I used.

Case Number: ADB-45980283-L5K3

    Hi @Belle

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

I have checked the details for the case number you shared. You had a Photoshop Lightroom plan that was cancelled, and we issued a refund on our end. Generally, the refund takes 10-14 business days to reflect in your account. For more information, you may contact your bank regarding the refund being credited to your account.

I did contact my bank but they are asking for the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) or the Trace ID for the processed refund. Where can I find it? Is the ARN they same as the Case Number provided?

    Hi @Belle

You may share the Adobe case reference number with the bank and see if that works.
