I cancelled my free trial within 10 minutes and was charged $10

Why was I charged $10 after cancelling my free 1 week trial and how do I contact someone about this issue

I hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with the subscription.

 

I checked your account, and you were charged because of the monthly subscription you opted in for. A free trial is only available with the yearly subscription package.

 

You can apply for a refund from Google Play Store as they monitor any transactions for in-app purchases in Android.
