I cannot login my school account

I am a master student at the lingnan university. The school provides everyone an account with some functions. The account works on website but for my iPad app, no. I cannot login my account there.

Since this is a university-provided subscription, I suggest you contact your IT administrator once to check if they have allowed all the permissions for usage.
