I cant edit anything, it keep asking to subscribe and it will say you are currently subscribed

I have my subscription currently, but i cant edit anything anytime i log in it keep asking to subscribe and it will say you are currently subscribed when i press ok it stops there and keep rotating….please assist

    It an IOS device 

    Version 26.04.61

    not working both data and WiFi

    Based on your description, it appears that the app recognizes your subscription, but it may not be completing the account verification process correctly. This can result in a message asking you to subscribe, followed by a confirmation that you are already subscribed, and then a continuous loading/spinning screen.

    Could you please let us know:

    • Whether you are using an Android or iOS device
    • The version of the Adobe Acrobat app installed
    • Whether the issue occurs on mobile data, Wi-Fi, or both
    • If possible, a screenshot or short screen recording of what happens after you sign in

    In the meantime, please try the following:

    1. Verify that the subscription is active at https://adobe.ly/4ufVgHy using the same Adobe ID you are signing into the app with.
    2. Sign out of the Acrobat mobile app and sign back in.
    3. Ensure the app is updated to the latest version available in the App Store or Google Play Store.
    4. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the behavior changes.

    Once we have the device type, app version, and a screenshot or recording, we can investigate further.
