I cant edit pdf on tablet

i  purchase the subscription to the adobe reader plus that lets you edit the existing text of a pdf and yet it does not work on my tablet abd only my phone. Can someone help me with this.

What happens when you try to edit the PDF? Do you get an error message? If yes, please share a screenshot of the same for more clarity. A small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

 

Also try to logout of the Acrobat mobile app on iPad, reboot the device and re-login with the same Adobe ID and check if that helps.
