I’d like a refund.

I used it for free for 7 days, but I didn't know how to cancel my subscription, so I paid at around 12 a.m. today.
I haven't used it since September 30th, and I want to cancel the payment.
The problem is that I couldn't get a refund on the app. Also, I can't refund it because it doesn't show up in the regular payment details. How can I try to get a refund?

After reviewing the Adobe account associated with the Adobe ID you are currently using on this community platform, I was unable to locate any active paid subscriptions under that account. It’s possible the subscription might be linked to a different email address. If you have used another email ID when making your purchase, kindly share that with us via private message, and we’d be happy to look into it further for you.
