I've go for 7 days trial last 3 days ago and I've got charges of 269aed from my bank account I need to get my money back.

Dear Adobe Customer Support,

I received an email stating that my customer care case has been closed. However, I have not received confirmation regarding my AED 269 refund.

Could you please confirm whether my refund has been approved and processed, and advise when I can expect the money to be credited to my account?

Hope you are doing well. For Cancellation and refund, please check the steps shared in my previous response, once the refund gets initiated, you will be notified over email and the refund may take 10-14 business days to start reflecting into your account, based on your bank policy.
