I got one to use this morning and most of my files are gone and I pay for a yearly premium and it’s saying I’m a free user

It has logged me out and most of my files are gone I pay for a yearly subscription premium and it say I’m a free user! What the heck is happening help!

Are you on iOS or Android?

Did you sign out, then sign back in again with your Adobe ID?

The files are associated with your Adobe ID, so the most likely issue is that you need to be logged in with the correct ID and PW.
