I had an old account before, but I opened a new one with the same email and paid a subscription. Now when I log in and the old one opens and I have no access after I purchased access. What can I do

We have tried to check your account using the email address linked to your community profile. There is no active subscription listed under that account. 

Could you please share the email address you used to purchase the subscription in a private message? You can send it to me via private message by clicking on my community profile icon and selecting "Send Message."
