I have a form from EasyJet that had to signed and returned

Hi, 

 

I'm going to scream soon. I have tried to attach from my files but thy say it is more than 10MB. It won't send. It isn't larger than 10MB.

 

HELP PLEASE.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the workflow when you mean you are trying to attach a file to Acrobat? Are you referring to creating a new file, or are you referring to combining a file? 

 

We cannot understand the workflow and, thus, cannot commit to a resolution.

Adobe isn't the problem. I'm trying to upload the signed form that my GP had to sign. When I attach it it comes up with a message saying it is larger than 10MB but it isn't. Help
