I have a premium subscription but it never works

I pay for yearly premium subscription and yet it rarely works and nobody can seem to help me. Someone checked my screen name. And when I try to restore my purchase it says I'm already subscribed which I know because I pay per year. Why can't I use my tools? Why is it not registering my subscription?  I honestly feel really cheated because what's the point if I can never use it yet they take my money all the time? I have logged in and out. Deleted the app, reinstalled, used the desktop version. Still nothing. What a waste honestly and super frustrating.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

This seems to be a case of email mismatch, I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to track any active/paid subscription.

Please check the email ID you have used to login into App store while purchasing the application and use the same email to login to Acrobat mobile app and see if that helps.
