Question

I have a standard subscription for Adobe Reader with adobe itself. My subscription is not working on the Adobe Reader mobile app. I tried restoring subscriptions and signing into my account again, however nothing happened.

I have a standard subscription with adobe, not through the Apple Store. Additionally, I’m trying to use adobe reader on my iPad and IPhone. Adobe Acrobat works fine on my computer.

    Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for sharing the information.

As seen in the first screenshot, Acrobat Premium, Acrobat Pro, AI Assistant and Acrobat Studio is not included in your Acrobat Standard application.

Its important to note that Premium features on mobile are subscription-based, but:

    • Some features are tied to mobile-specific plans (Acrobat Premium / Reader Plus)
    • Not every desktop feature from Standard is fully mirrored on mobile

    With Acrobat Standard, you can:

    • Log in to the mobile app
    • Access your files and use many paid features, But:
      • You may still see prompts for mobile-specific upgrades in some cases
      • Feature parity is not 100% identical to desktop

    Hope this informtion will help.

    Hi there

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue, what happens when you try to use the Acrobat Standard subscription via your Acrobat Mobile app on your iOS devices? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity.  A small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

Make sure you are using the same Adobe ID (Email) to log in to the Acrobat Mobile app on your iOS device as used for purchasing the Acrobat Standard subscription. Please log out of the app, reboot the device, and re-login with the correct Adobe ID.

Also, check for any pending/missing updates and try updating the Acrobat Mobile app to the latest version available on the App Store, and reboot the device once, and check if that helps.
