    Hello @philiciaj82004239

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble, and we would like to help you with this.

To understand what you need, could you please share:

    1. What would you like help with: stopping the monthly charge, getting access to an Adobe app you are paying for, or understanding what the charge is for?

    2. Which Adobe app or plan is the charge linked to, and where did you purchase it (Adobe website, Google Play, or App Store)?

    3. When did the monthly charges start, and how does the charge appear on your card statement?

For your security, please do not share your card number, email address, or any payment details in this post. Once we have the details above, we can let you know how to proceed.

This thread is about a different subscription issue, so you may also want to start a new post for your question so that it gets proper attention. You are welcome to continue here as well.

    Regards,
    Amal

I have set the default.  I did go to my laptop and use pro but on the Adobe side they do not see i have a paid active account. on the Google side it shows. I don't know why they can not communicate to resolve this issue. Thanks Randy

Meenakshi I tried everything. The account is bector32@gmail.com. I am still having the issue. Google is asking for Adobe email that was trying to help. Adobe contacted on a call, I gave them access to my laptop and they showed where I do not have a subscription after I showed them the system acknowledges I do have a subscription

I appreciate everyone for responding.  I am still experiencing the problem, I still need help

Google isn’t going to listen to us any more than they communicate with you. We’re end users, just like you.

Have you set the default to open your PDFs in Acrobat Pro yet?

Your problem is a little more complex than this. But not insurmountable.

When purchase your Creative Cloud/Document Cloud/Technical Communications Suite you can install Adobe Acrobat Pro. Installing Acrobat Pro on your computer system essentially absorbs Adobe Reader and its functions, possibly short of add-ons in your web browser(s). You may have Adobe Reader, but it’s dead. You want to use your Acrobat Pro application from here on out.

If this is your situation, the fastest solution is to set PDF files (and other, ancillary formats like FDF form files, etc.) to open with Acrobat Pro by default. There are different steps for doing that depending on whether you’re on the Mac or Windows platform. You can do that by following the appropriate process for you through this link.

    Hope this helps,

    Randy
