I gave a subscription that is active but I’m listed as a free user and can’t edit pdf files for my job I’ve been doing this the last year without any issues but today it’s not allowing me to edit. I’m far being on work what’s the issue this is frustrating . When I first got the app I may used it under Apple forwarded email but I tried both and the app isn’t allowing me to do my job today

    Hi @Tedwards100

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

I have tried checking your Adobe account using the email id’s you have shared in the screenshots and unable to track any account accociated with them.

you may try to undo or remove the privaterelay.appleid.com email, go to iPhone/iPad Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Hide My Email, select the app or website, and tap "Stop using Apple ID" and see if that works.

    Hi @Tedwards100

Thanks for checking on that. I’ve tried looking up the account using the same email address as well, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find any Adobe account linked to it.
