I. Have Adobe studio but cannot access files on my iPad

I have Adobe Sudio and when I try to open a file on my iPad it says I need Adobe DC for Mac. I was told with Studio that I could open those on my mobile. Any suggestions?

To help you further we need the following information so we can narrow down the issue:

What happens when you try to use the premium features on your iPAD? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity.
Have you tried to update the Acrobat Mobile app and the iPAD OS to any pending/missing update and rebooted the device after that?

Also update the Acrobat Mobile app and the iPAD OS to any pending/missing update and reboot the device once and see if that works.

If it still doesn’t work, please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for further analysis.
