I have AI Assistance Subscription however it is not reflected on my Laptop account ?!

I have subscribed to AI Assistance however, it is not reflected on my laptop Adobe Application. 
its only appear on mobile app

    Hi there 

     

    Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. 

     

    I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found an active plan for Acrobat Pro. 
     

    What happens when you try to use the AI assistant on your laptop, do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more understanding.

     

    Please try to logout of the application, reboot the computer once and relogin with your Adobe credentials and see if that works.

     

    If it still doesn’t work please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for further investigation.
