I have already cancelled my account literally yesterday and ye keep trying to charge me again

I was refunded  for cancelling my account yesterday but now ye are trying to take 24 euro more back out I had cancelled it all this is extremely frustrating as I cannot afford this I am just a college student and this is giving me unnecessary stress and anxiety please get rid of my whole account I regret even trying out the website
