    Hi @Precious Bophelo ,

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear you're running into this, a payment declining despite having sufficient funds is usually caused by something on the bank or card side rather than the funds themselves. Here are the most common reasons and what to try:

    1. Bank blocking the transaction: Your bank may be flagging Adobe's charge as suspicious (especially if it's your first subscription or an international transaction). Contact your bank or card issuer directly and ask them to authorize the charge from Adobe Systems.

    2. Card type restrictions: Adobe does not accept prepaid or some debit cards in certain regions. If you're using a prepaid card, try a standard credit.

    3. Outdated billing details: Double-check that the billing name, address, and card expiry on your Adobe account exactly match what your bank has on file. You can update these at account.adobe.com > Billing & Payment.

    4. Try a different payment method: If available in your country, you could try PayPal or a different card as a workaround.

Could you share which country you're in and what type of card you're using? That might help narrow it down further.
