I have canceled my subscription after a free trail but now they have sent me the bill of 40 dollar i donot why because i have canceled it

I have login in free trail of acrobat but on the same say i cancelled it through the safari login and it says u sucrssfully cancelled ur premium but today there is a mail coming of 40 dollar
