I have got subscription of adobe acrobat but I can’t edit pdf. On 1st of October I got amount detected. Need this asap fixed or refund me full amount

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble, I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found an active plan for Acrobat premium via Apple/itune.

To help us look into the editing issue, could you please share:

1. Your device and OS version.

2. What you see when you try to edit (for example, the Edit option is missing, greyed out, or shows an error message).A small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

3. Also check, whether you are signed in with the same account used to buy the subscription.
