    Hi @devendra_0624

Thank you for reaching out to us! I hope you’re doing well.

To better assist you, could you please share the version of the Adobe Scan app you’re currently using? You can check this by tapping on the profile icon, then selecting About Adobe Scan. If you’re using an outdated version, I recommend checking the Google Play Store for any available updates. Updating to the latest version can often resolve issues and improve performance.

In addition to updating, please try the following steps:

    1. Restart Your Device: Sometimes, a quick reboot can help the app function more smoothly.

    2. Clear Cache Files: Over time, cached files may accumulate and impact app performance. You can clear these files to free up space and ensure smooth operation.

Let me know if these steps improve the app’s functionality or if there’s anything else I can help you with!

I tried every single method but it didn't worked out. So what i did was reinstalled the app again. Now its taking 300mb storage

Which app, device & operating system?

If the Creative Cloud desktop app is using too much CPU or energy, even when idle, you can try reinstalling it.

    1. Close all Adobe product.
    2. Select the profile icon in the Creative Cloud desktop ap.
    3. Select Sign Out in the pop-up window.
    4. Use the Creative Cloud desktop app uninstaller to uninstall the app.
    5. Download the latest version of the Creative Cloud desktop app.
    6. Follow the onscreen instructions to install the appp.

I am using adobe scanner on android operating system. It takes around 9.25 gb of internal phone storage. I don't know why it's taking so much storage in spite that I have only 20 files in my scanner that too with file size being 2-8 mb per file

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
