I have lost all the pdf files in my mobile, how can I recover it?

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing:

1. Have you signed out of the application and signed in with a new account?

2. Have you recently updated the Acrobat Mobile application and noticed this issue?

3. Have you deleted the files from your mobile phone and now unable to recover them?

If you have created a backup of the files on the Adobe Cloud, please try to login to https://adobe.ly/4x05Lk1 with your Adobe credentials go to Document tab and check for the files under ‘Your Documents’ section and see if that helps.

If the files are removed/not saved to the document cloud, there isn’t much that we can do to recover the lost files.
