I have no access to Adobe cloud with Acrobat on my iPad.

I have no access to Adobe cloud with Acrobat on my iPad. 
It says that I am using the free version, but I am logged in with my adobe cc account.

As we can check the subscription is active on your account, please make sure you are using the same email to sign in on your iPad too. Once you signed in with the correct email then check the subscription status.
