I have checked the Adobe Account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found that you have an active plan Acrobat Premium.
Please try to log-out from the Acrobat Reader mobile app, reboot the device and re-login with the same Adobe ID and check. if it still doesn't work, tap on the profile icon > Subscriptions > Restore Purchases and see if that works.
